Complaints
Are you dissatisfied with a product or is it damaged? In that case, we would appreciate receiving one or more photos of the product. You can email these photos to the webshop email address. Please include your order number in your email so we can help you more quickly. We are confident we can work with you to find a suitable solution.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a complaint about damaged items, please contact us first so we can discuss the best and most appropriate solution. For example, if something is defective and cannot be repaired, we may consider not returning the item. This saves time and return costs, and is better for the environment.

If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU have also been able to submit complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint through the European Union platform.

Warranty

We supply quality products, but something can always happen that may entitle you to a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law. If you discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. If you contact us in a timely manner, we will ensure a suitable solution.
