Returns Policy

  • Not happy with the product after all? You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You'll receive a full refund, including shipping costs, within 1 to 2 business days.
  • PLEASE NOTE! If your item was custom-printed or engraved, returns are not possible. If your order arrived defective or broken, or if there's another reason you're not satisfied, please contact us via the contact form and attach a photo. We're confident we can work with you to find a suitable solution.
  • NOTE! If your item was custom printed or engraved, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we will forward the order to our supplier, who will engrave the urn for you.
  • For cancellations within 24 hours, you will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs.
